Leigh Whannell (born January 17, 1977) is an Australian actor, director, producer, and writer. He portrayed Steven "Specs" Fisher in Insidious, Insidious: Chapter 2, Insidious: Chapter 3, Insidious: The Last Key and Insidious: The Red Door. He also wrote Insidious, wrote Insidious: Chapter 2, directed and wrote Insidious: Chapter 3, produced and wrote Insidious: The Last Key and produced and composed the story for Insidious: The Red Door.
