So, I just looked at the overview of Insidious 2. And if Elise is dead in this one, how is she in Insidious: The Last Key? I know Insidious: Chapter 3 was a prequel to the first so that is explained.

INSIDIOUS 5 will have Elise's funeral (the one we all wanted) where Specs and Tucker cry and sing a few songs in Russian and German, no Lamberts, and the history of the whole INSIDIOUS franchise. This is propaganda. Let James Wan and the cast know. This is worth watching, because Specs and Tucker might sing these songs in memory of Elise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MC0Om8v8H7g.
